Why is it free?
Running a website costs real money, and PageTend covers it. Tendy runs on the same platform as our client websites, so adding link pages was a natural fit. It lets more people have a good-looking home online, and some of them may one day want a full website from us. That is the only reason, and there is no catch.
Will it stay free?
Yes. Tendy pages are free to you, with no trial period and no card on file. If that ever had to change, you would hear from us well before it did.
Is Tendy a free Linktree alternative?
Yes. Tendy makes the same kind of page, one link for everything you share, with image cards instead of plain buttons and ten templates to choose from. It is free, with no trial and no card on file.
Which names can I claim?
Any name that is free, using letters, numbers and hyphens, from 3 to 30 characters. Names we keep for the service, including www, mail, email and admin, cannot be claimed. Your page lives at your-name.tendy.page.
What can I change on my page?
Your logo, accent color, background and card style, plus all of your links and text. The layout and type stay the same inside each template, which is how every page keeps looking good.
Can I switch templates later?
Yes. Your links and text stay as they are, and you can change the look whenever you like.
Why is there a “powered by PageTend” credit?
It is small, it matches your template, and it is how people find us. It links to PageTend for anyone who would like a full custom website. Next to it is a link to report a page, which helps us keep Tendy safe and tidy.
Can I use my own domain or get a custom design?
Tendy pages are template-based and live at your-name.tendy.page. If you want your own domain and a design made for you, that is what a PageTend website is for.
