Terms of use
The short version
Tendy gives you a free page at your-name.tendy.page. Use it for good things, keep it honest, and we will keep it running. We may remove pages that break these rules, at any time. By ticking the agree box when you create a page, you agree to these terms. Last updated: October 2026.
Free, and may change
Tendy is free to use. It is provided as it is, with no promise that it will always be available or that it will never change. We may change, limit, pause or end any part of the service, and we may remove any page, with or without notice.
Your page and your content
You own what you put on your page. You give PageTend permission to host, display, back up and format it so the service works, including showing it to the public. You are responsible for your content and for having the right to use everything you upload, including photos, music, names and logos.
What is not allowed
- Scams, phishing, fraud, and links to malware or deceptive sites.
- Impersonating a person, business, brand or organization, or using a name to mislead people.
- Adult or sexually explicit content, and anything involving the exploitation of minors.
- Anything illegal, or that promotes violence, hate, harassment or self-harm.
- Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy.
- Spam, gambling or weapons sales, or misuse of the service in any way that harms others or the platform.
Removal
We remove pages that break these rules immediately, without warning, and we may close the owner's other pages and block the address from being used again. We decide what counts as a violation. Removing a page does not entitle anyone to a refund or a notice period, because the service is free. We may also reclaim addresses that are reserved, impersonate someone, or infringe a trademark.
Report a page
If you see a page that breaks these rules, use the “Report this page” link in its footer or write to frank@pagetend.com with the address of the page and what is wrong. We review reports and act quickly.
Copyright
If you believe a page uses your work without permission, write to frank@pagetend.com with the page address, a description of your work, and your contact details. We will remove material that infringes copyright.
Your account and address
Keep your sign-in email secure. You are responsible for what happens under your page. Addresses are first come, first served, and some names are reserved for the service.
No warranty, limited liability
Tendy is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, PageTend is not liable for lost links, visits, income or data, or for anything that results from using or losing access to a Tendy page.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. If we do, the date above changes, and using Tendy after that means you accept the new terms. Questions: frank@pagetend.com.
